Neal and Cheryl Salyards have been farming Jubilee Hilltop Ranch since 2012, and make pasture central to their diverse operation. With cattle, pigs, and chickens living on the farm, moving them to fresh grass is key to the animal's health and well-being, to fertility of the soil, and to the flavor of Jubilee Hilltop Ranch's products.
