Husband and wife team Shawn Witherup and Leah Wilson started their farming journey with four backyard chickens and a small garden. Today, they raise pigs, turkeys, chickens and rabbits, in addition to growing produce. Access to pasture is central to the way they raise all of their animals, in order to prioritize the animal's welfare, and produce nutritious food for the community.
