Walnut Hill Farm

Walnut Hill Farm raises a variety of livestock, all pasture-raised. They harness the biodiversity of the landscape to nourish their animals, such as the wild apple trees that drop treats for the pigs and poultry, and the impressive menu of grasses for their cattle, sheep and goats. When they cultivate their pastures, they never use pesticides, herbicides or GMOs.

• silvopastured pork (forest and pasture)

• grass-fed lamb

• grass-fed Black Angus beef

How They Do It

• raised on pasture, grass-fed

• no hormones or steroids

• no subtherapeutic antibiotic use

• supplemental feed is non-GMO

• no beak-trimming (poultry), tail-docking, or teeth-clipping (pigs)
