Founded by Tim Tobitsch and Megan Lindsey, Franktuary is a pioneer of sustainable and humane eating in Pittsburgh, officially marked by their gold Sustainable Pittsburgh Restaurant designation. Franktuary prioritizes local ingredients for their menu, of which their signature dishes are gourmet hot dogs and poutine, a Quebecois dish consisting of french fries, cheese curds, and gravy. These are not your average hot dogs!
